I thought i will post something for you to read before i leave for work. so here it is:
-today i want to talk about people in general.
Some live their lives, some are happy but broke and some dont know any better.
There are three types of groups in this world; which one are you?
Do you wake up, have breakfast, go to work, come home, watch a bit tv, go to sleep, wake up, have breakfast.....
Do you live your life? Do you enjoy every minute of it? Do you make a living and not forget to have a life?

Or, are you the type that is not sure what life is all about?
You have a job, a house, bills, debt, kids...and nothing else?

I would love to hear your comments on this.
Maybe you can tell me which group you think you belong to and i will tell you more about me.
So lets get together and swap some ideas.

Has anyone watched that show?
Has everyone else asked the same old question "Are we alone"?
I tell you, from what scientists are saying, it all makes sense. I mean, how else can egyptians erect such buildings without any help...

Let me know your opinion on this subject.

Meditation

Do you meditate?
Do you take time to recharge your mind and body?
A lot of people dont have time to connect with themselves. And i tell you, you have to stop, take a step back and just...relax.
Clear your mind, bring your positive energy back to you and "feel" your body parts...

Just another day...

Do ypu have people in your "Circle of trust" that sometimes make you question their friendship?
Let me say that one of my "friends" was desperate to get a job, a better paying job i should say.
"Can you help?" he asked!
"I'll see what i can do", i replied. "I think Mike is looking for someone to join his crew. He owns a pool istallation business. Are you up for it?"
"OMG, anything. Do you think he is still looking for someone?"
"I'll give him a call first thing in the morning. Get ready!"

So i went and talked to Mike, told him that I have someone looking for a job. He just became a dad and wants a better paying job. What do you think?

"Tell him to be here at 7;00 am tomomrrow", said Mike.

So... two days later Mike phones me looking for my friend...he didnt show up, he is not answering his phone...what's going on?

Was my face red...you help someone in need...

tips on diet

I have a few tips on weight loss. I think that this is great for all people, young or old, male or female.

its simple and easy to follow.

day 1 melons only
day 2 fruits of any kind, no bananas
day 3 vegies. as many as you can eat. no potatoes
day 4 glass of milk and 8 bananas. drink lots of water
day 5 beef and veggies
day 6 beef and veggies
day 7 fruit vegies, juice

drink as much water as possible with this diet.
NO coffee,
NO softdrinks
NO alcohol

24 hours in a day?!?!?

It seems to me that most of us,  dont have enough TIME...
I hear people say things like;
-got to run, dont have time...
-sorry for late reply, didnt have time...
-i'll come to visit, when i have some time...
-love to stay and chat, but i dont have time...

Is it really that TIME is the problem here? Or is it something else?
Maybe the person you ran into, isnt someone you wish to socialize with?
Maybe the email you received is full of BS and you dont know how to reply.
Maybe you dont want to go for a visit because you dont like to interact with people that talk much about nothing...

We all have 24 hours in a day, so time is not the problem...so why is it that TIME comes up in every conversation?
Do we really lack time? Are we really sooo busy in our daily routines that we forget to prioritize our time?

I dont know, but i seem to have enough time. Do i have a job, you ask? Yes, two jobs. I work full time as a house painter, I have a cleaning contract at night, i also have three kids, a house, eight perrots, two chickens, a duck, a dog, three gold fish,  a green house and a few friends.

I must admit that by the end of the day i have no desire to do anything but put my feet up and have a glass of red wine, but the point is that i do have TIME to do all this things, plus shop, plus go out with friends and family.

So, what do you have to say on the subject?
I would love to hear from all of you out there,  your comments on TIME.
