tips on diet

I have a few tips on weight loss. I think that this is great for all people, young or old, male or female.

its simple and easy to follow.

day 1 melons only
day 2 fruits of any kind, no bananas
day 3 vegies. as many as you can eat. no potatoes
day 4 glass of milk and 8 bananas. drink lots of water
day 5 beef and veggies
day 6 beef and veggies
day 7 fruit vegies, juice

drink as much water as possible with this diet.
NO coffee,
NO softdrinks
NO alcohol
